The Lonley Island

[youtube=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R7yfISlGLNU&hl=en&fs=1] The Lonley Island, is a comedy-music group consisting of Akiva Schaffer, Jorma Taccone, and Andy Samburg. The group gained popularity initially from their song "Dick in a Box" which came out in 2007 on the hit TV show Saturday Night Live. The clip really gained in popularity, however, when it got put on Youtube. Since the Youtube premier, the band has had other hits getting more than 30 million views for the songs "Jizz in my Pants" and " I'm on a boat" (above). I recently saw the Lonley Island CD on my Ipod Touch (I have the internet on the touch so I can go to the Itunes Music store, I know its amazing). I downloaded the album and have been listening to it a lot. It is unbelievable! The CD almost entirely contains the songs that are featured on Youtube.
